CANCELLATION POLICY

For Business page by placing your order you agree that we may start your business page immediately upon our accepting your order. This means that you are not entitled to a refund if you change your mind after we have provided you with access to your business page. Although you may notify us of your intention to cancel at any time, such notice will only take effect at the end of your then current business page validity period, and you will not receive a refund.

You may notify us of your wish to cancel your business page by contacting our Customer Services team. To enable us cancel your business page please provide us with your complete business name (as was in the invoice order form), Email address and Contact number clearly written out.

Advmart reserves the right to suspend or terminate your business page if you breach these terms and conditions, with or without notice and without further obligation to you. We may also suspend or terminate your business page if we are prevented from providing services to you by circumstances beyond our control. If we terminate your business page for any reason and/or permanently, or cease to provide our services then, unless there are exceptional circumstances, we will provide you with a refund to your account or cash. This means that we will refund you with any amounts that you have paid us in advance that relate to any remaining and unexpired period of your business page.

If you are a registered user, but not a paid user, then Advmart reserves the right to suspend or terminate your registration at any time, with or without notice and without further obligation to you.


REFUND POLICY

If you are a registered user of Advmart with paid business page but not a free business page then under certain conditions, Advmart is liable to refund: -

If Advmart fails to provide any type of promised service then, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 15 calendar days of your purchase.
